If you are getting lower than expected performance on Ubiquiti equipment, especially with Aquiss higher speed Pure Fibre FTTP services, this can be because you have some historical management in place.
Step 1 - Smart Queues
Go to
Internet -> Advanced Settings and look for the option listed as
"Smart Queues". Make sure this is turned off.
Step 2 - Hardware Offloading

There is a code snippet down the page that states
configure
set system offload hwnat enable
set system offload ipsec enable
commit ; save
Once applied (and rebooted), you should see improved performance.
